The goods that can be loaded in containers include electricity, instruments, small machinery, glass ceramics and handicrafts; Printed matter, paper, medicine, tobacco, alcohol, food, daily necessities, chemicals, knitwear, textiles, hardware and other groceries, precious, fragile and moisture resistant goods.
So what goods can't be handled by container shipping?
(1) All types of containers are handled and transported between container processing stations with the same container type. Self provided containers can be handled and transported not only at the processing station of the same box type, but also between special lines approved by the railway administration. The name of the container handling station is published in the railway freight rate odometer.
(2) The following goods cannot be shipped in general railway containers:
① Goods that are easy to pollute and corrode the box, such as cement, carbon black, chemical fertilizer, salt, grease, raw fur, animal bones, paint without tree mats, etc.
② Goods that are easy to damage the box, such as pig iron, waste steel, unpackaged castings and metal blocks, etc.
③ Fresh goods.
④ Risk goods.
(3) The total weight of the consigned container shall not exceed the total weight of the symbol of the container. The total weight of 20 foot container shall not exceed the maximum lifting capacity at the arrival station.
(4) Containers do not handle military shipments. If the troops or military industrial enterprises handle the container shipping transportation, it shall be treated as commercial transportation. If self provided containers are used for military transportation, they will no longer be handled according to the conditions of container transportation.

(1) Clean goods and dirty goods: Grocery containers, ventilated containers, open top containers and refrigerated containers can be selected;
(2) Precious goods and fragile goods: Grocery containers can be selected;
(3) Refrigerated goods and perishable goods: refrigerated containers, ventilated containers and insulated containers can be selected;
(4) Bulk cargo: bulk cargo container and tank container can be selected;
(5) Animals and plants: select livestock (animal) containers and ventilated containers;
(6) Bulky goods: select open top containers, structural containers and channel containers;
(7) Risk goods: Grocery containers, structural containers and refrigerated containers can be selected.
Other matters we should pay attention to when mixed loading:
1. Goods of different shapes and packages should not be packed together as far as possible;
2. The goods that will exude dust, liquid, moisture, odor, etc. from the package should not be placed with other goods as far as possible. If it is necessary, they should be separated by canvas, plastic film or other materials;
3. Light goods are placed on relatively heavy goods;
4. Goods with weak packaging strength should be placed on goods with strong packaging strength;
5. Liquid goods and cleaning goods should be placed under other goods as far as possible;
6. Goods with sharp corners or protruding parts shall be concealed to prevent damage to other goods;
